EMILY GREENWOOD |
 |
Fourteen year old Emily Greenwood and Seafield Dynamite headed Pre Novice section C at the opening event of the season held at Stilemans. Competing at their first BE event Emily and Daisy who led from the start, finished on an incredible dressage score of 29.5. Emily was quick to praise her trainer Katy McKeogh who has worked with her consistently to produce Daisy, an eight year old Connemara cross thoroughbred who the Greenwoods bought from Emma Hinkley two years ago. A delight to ride, Daisy who has a wonderful temperament, is willing to learn and always tries her heart out.
Emily who attends Chailey School has come a long way since she had riding lessons with Tessa Brunskill for her sixth birthday. With the season starting so well, Emily who is entered for the South of England is aiming to qualify for a pre-novice 3 day event at the end of the season and hopes to compete in JRNs in 2007 if all goes well. |
